My special interest lies in women’s health physiotherapy. Many women experience changes and challenges throughout life — from pregnancy and postpartum recovery, to pelvic floor issues, menopause, and beyond. These can affect not just physical comfort but confidence and quality of life.

Physiotherapy can play an important role in supporting women through these stages. With targeted assessment and treatment, we can address concerns such as:

  • Pelvic floor weakness, incontinence, or prolapse

  • Back and pelvic pain during and after pregnancy

  • Recovery after childbirth or surgery

  • Support during menopause, including bone and joint health

  • Exercise and movement strategies tailored to women at all stages of life

Alongside women’s health, I continue to treat the full range of musculoskeletal problems — from back, neck, and shoulder pain, to joint and mobility issues — with a strong focus on evidence-based care and clear communication.

I believe in empowering my patients with knowledge and practical tools so they can take an active role in their recovery and long-term health. Whether it’s managing pain, improving strength, or simply moving with greater ease, my goal is to help women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their everyday lives.
