Right now, Sarah is welcoming patients exclusively through secure online consultations via Zoom. These virtual sessions are designed to give you the same attentive care and professional guidance you would receive in person, from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
During your appointment, Sarah will take the time to listen carefully to your concerns, ask detailed questions about your health history, and guide you through simple movement and posture assessments over video. For many conditions—including pelvic health concerns—an in-person exam isn’t always required at the start. Much of the evaluation can be done effectively online, allowing Sarah to create a tailored treatment plan, demonstrate exercises, and support you step by step.
